We know that finding a new apartment comes with a lot of questions, and we’re here to make the process as easy as possible. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about our floor plans, pet policy, lease terms, and more. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, our leasing team is always happy to help.


What lease terms do you offer?

12 – 24 months

Is the community pet-friendly?

Yes! We are a pet-friendly apartment community. We welcome both cats and dogs, with up to two pets per apartment. Some breeds are restricted. Please see our Pet Policy for more details.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Please see all required and included fees listed in the application. Residents are responsible for additional utilities.

Is parking included?

Assigned parking costs $15 per space each month.

Are the apartments furnished?

We do not currently offer furnished apartments.

How close is the property to local attractions or downtown?

Across the street is the Amazon East Coast Corporate Campus, as well as Worldgate Centre. With its close proximity to the capital city, Westerly at Worldgate allows residents and tourists to experience the best of both worlds; the peaceful serenity of suburban living coupled with easy access to the vibrant cultural and historical attractions of our nation’s capital.

What schools or public transit options are nearby?

Herndon, VA is located only 23 miles from downtown Washington, D.C. Westerly is convenient to VA-367, VA-28, I-495 and I-66. We are minutes from the Dulles airport.
